¿I can get into the University of Oregon?

So I'm applying to the University of Oregon in the fall of 2011 (which is my school) and my over-all GPA is a 3.1. Automatic admission is a 3.4 and now I have that, I got a letter saying they want to see my first semester grades higher year. Right now I have about 3.4 and was curious if I kept that up, my chances of getting on the rise? I have a long list of extracurricular activities / Address: 4 years in girls varsity soccer team, 6 years of club football, and I created / news president a club at school that is against underage drug / alcohol and driving safety. I asked a person for admission of 3.4 years at the semester top forward and this is what he said: "That certainly will help.
